Each customer who uses Compliance365 to manage their Energy Performance Certificates were automatically be entered into a raffle and issued with a ticket number.

Under the European Energy Performance Directive all commercial buildings must have an EPC which assesses and rates the energy efficiency of a building. An EPC is needed for various commercial premises and it is a legal requirement that it is made available to any tenant or purchaser. The certificate is lodged on the Landmark database and is valid for ten years.
